ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: A $25.00
(non-refundable) fee is required from all students and
is valid from September through August annually
Registration Fees will be pro-rated for any Athlete
registered after March 1st.
TUITION: based
on eight week sessions
PAYMENTS ARE DUE
BEFORE the sessions begins to avoid a $10.00 late
fee
TRIAL CLASSES:
Available to first time students and based upon specific
class availability and/or enrollment capacity.

There is a $20.00 fee
for all returned checks
Register by competing
this form, sign the waiver and pay the registration fee
plus tuition
Girls: leotards, footless tights are acceptable
not required; long hair must be secured and no jewelry
